Welcome to Oasis Royal! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Astra Forge’s services, applications, and websites (collectively, the “Service”). By using Astra Forge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Oasis Royal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

  • If you are under 18, you may only use Oasis Royal with parental or guardian consent.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

3. Account Responsibility

  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. User Conduct & Code of Conduct

Follow tournament rules and decisions.

Harass or abuse other players or staff.

Provide accurate information.

Violations may result in disqualification, account suspension, or termination.

5. Tournaments & Predictions

  • Entry Fees: Some tournaments require a non-refundable entry fee.

  • Predictions: Submissions are final and cannot be changed after the deadline.

  • Prizes: Winners are determined based on official tournament results. Prizes are subject to verification.

  • Tie-Breakers: If multiple winners exist, the prize will be split equally.

6. Payments & Prizes

  • Entry Fees: Paid through Flutterwave. All fees are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

  • Refund Policy: Entry fees are non-refundable except in cases of tournament cancellation by Oasis Royal.

  • Prize Payouts: Prizes are paid within 7-14 days of result confirmation. Winners must provide accurate bank details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Oasis Royal (logos, text, graphics, software) is the property of Oasis Royal. You may not copy, distribute, or modify our content without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Oasis Royal is provided "as is" and "as available."

  • We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

  • Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have:

  • Violated these Terms

  • Engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Misused the platform

  • Provided false information

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and effective immediately. Your continued use of Oasis Royal constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
